
Robert started in his first insurance business in 2011 after a distinguished 35 year career in HR & Payroll Services (ADP) and Enterprise Software.
In 2007 while consulting for a small startup software company he designed and led development of Green Total Compensation, a software package to help large companies administer how their employees get paid. In 2007 Green was awarded Top HR Product of the Year honors from HR Executive magazine, a prestigious industry publication from more than 500 international entrants. He became CEO and, along with his partners, purchased the company in 2008; sold the company in 2010 and took some time off.
